The cut-off date is Friday, November 19, 1999 and as in previous years, is limited to children age 10 and younger. Please ensure that the correct age and gender of your child is on the form, so we can update our records and have an appropriate gift purchased. Grandchildren are eligible to receive a gift and the child must be present. All applications are to be mailed to:

In the spirit of the Christmas session, we are asking each child to bring a non-perishable food item that will be donated to the Sudbury Area Food bank.
