Council 1051 has regular membership meetings monthly

and is always looking for new members.

The Sudbury Council also has alot to offer

its new members. First and foremost, the club offers

the chance to help those in need. One also

has many opportunities for social events

in which to meet new people.

A.C.T./UCT also offers many different travel opportunities

along with the various benefits available to its members.

A.C.T. had been in operation for 75 years

when it was combined with UCT in 1993.

There are many members who have celebrated

50-60 years in the club. Unfortunatly, times

are changing and the membership is growing older.

The A.C.T./UCT organization is always looking for

ways and ideas to bring in younger membership.

This organization has recently combined forces

With UCT-United Commercial Travelers of America.

This adjustment took place to keep A.C.T. running

strong within Canada but, it is still important for new

membership. The more people that come out and donate

a few hours of time a month give the organization

a better chance to help those in need.

There is an old saying,"The more the merrier."
